Newhall Custom Homes is unique from most homebuilders in the area. Where some seek to grow their business and staff, Mike Newhall has intentionally remained small so he can be involved in every aspect of the construction process, making his homes truly custom made. Mike’s personal supervision is his signature on the home and allows him to maintain the quality he demands in each home.

Mike Newhall, a custom home builder of more than 15 years, began his homebuilding career from the ground floor and has since experienced every facet of the industry from framer to superintendent and now president of Newhall Custom Homes, LLC. A University of Virginia alumnus, he builds between 5 to 10 homes a year in a variety of price ranges.

This Spring, Mike Newhall is featuring his first custom home in a Homearama. Built in the Founders Pointe community in Isle of Wight County, The Smithfield House incorporates Smithfield tourism’s focus on hospitality, history, hams and art and is designed to show guests how to incorporate antique and sentimental pieces into modern homes. This fully-furnished home is open for tour May 8 – 23.
